We understand that plans can change. Hydraone allows customers to request order cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • The email address or phone number used for the order
  • Your cancellation request

Cancellation requests are processed based on the status of the order at the time we receive the request.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is successfully processed before dispatch, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.

4. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

If the package has already entered the delivery process, you may need to receive the order and follow our Refund & Return Policy, where applicable.

5. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If an order is returned to Hydraone because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated delivery failure, or refusal to accept the shipment, applicable shipping or return-to-origin charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

6. Hydraone-Initiated Cancellation

Hydraone reserves the right to cancel an order where necessary, including situations involving:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Product unavailability
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Duplicate or unusual orders
  • Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

If Hydraone cancels a paid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
