Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds generally reflect within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, repeated delivery failures, or refusal to accept delivery, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Hydraone’s Right to Cancel

Hydraone reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
