Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a return request, customers must provide:

- Clear photographs of the product
- Unboxing video showing the issue (recommended)

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Hydraone will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Replacement Policy
For damaged or defective products, Hydraone may provide a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
